Our exhausts are of a quality second to none.  It therefore follows that we should offer a guarantee to match.

All SCART exhausts are guaranteed for the life of your car with the exception of those exhausts marked “competition” which have been made to measure for racing.  Catalytic converters are replacement parts.  They are guaranteed for 5 years or 50,000 kms (31,250 miles).  For all our catalytic converters, we offer you the possibility of simply changing the cartridge once it is worn.  The remainder of the catalytic converter is guaranteed for the life of your car.

Our offer of a lifetime guarantee is a choice we are proud to assume.  We believe that our guarantee should reflect the exceptionally high quality of the products we sell.

We know that with the number of exhausts sold, there will be guarantees to assume.  This is why we have put in place a guarantee fund.  Each time a customer does us the honour of placing his/her trust in our products, a part of the selling price will be fed into the guarantee fund.  After a number of years of use, when the most wayward of our “offspring” return home they will be awaited with the means required.

To validate your guarantee and ensure a quality service for your SCART exhaust:

Your SCART exhaust must have been fitted with the dedicated kit.  All our kits comprise: stainless steel screws, specific heat resistant nuts for brakes and copper grease for high temperatures.  For models with a rubber suspension it is essential to fit a new suspension when fitting the exhaust and to replace it every 10 years.

If you return an exhaust under guarantee you will need to provide:
The exhaust N° and vehicle serial N° which should correspond with those given at the time of purchase
The vehicle mileage, which must be at least the same as that given at the time of purchase.
Your invoice, the exhaust itself and the corresponding screws. 
You will also be required to provide invoices for the replacement rubber suspensions for each 10 year period for the relevant models.
